steam pavilion

installation type+location: plastic pavilion – a space for a meal, headington hill hall, oxford
invisible elements: food is prepared with hot boiling water, generating steam and obscuring the view of the occupants. steam condenses on the walls of the plastic pavilion, and once the steaming process is complete, the occupants eventually reappear.
